What it does

No patient information in the text
The text carries only your clinic's name, a secure link and the expiry time. Everything else stays behind the date-of-birth check.
Date-of-birth check first
Patients confirm their date of birth before anything opens. Five wrong tries locks the link for 30 minutes.
Files they can keep
Staff attach PDFs and photos (JPG, PNG or HEIC). Patients can download them or save the whole conversation as a PDF.
Two-way translation
Patients choose their language right in the chat. They read your messages in that language and can reply in it or in English. Your staff always see English.
Nothing to install
The link opens in the phone's web browser. No app, no account and no password for the patient.
Ends on schedule
Unopened links expire after 72 hours, and conversations close 24 hours after the patient verifies. Nothing reopens; new information starts a new session.
